Experimental Mode allows users of Move.ai to use and test any type of standard cameras or Android mobile devices with our system to generate motion capture. From $30 webcams to $10,000 cinematic cameras.
Our artificial intelligence software has already been proven to run on hundreds of different camera types. We want to encourage users to test and experiment with any type of accessible hardware they already own or can access more cost efficiently than iPhone devices.
Shoot with any camera or mobile device you want and upload the videos to our platform following these guidelines:
- Footage uploaded must be HD 1920 X 1080 and 6O FPS
- A minimum of two cameras and a maximum of six can be used
- Footage or videos must be synced
- Use the same orientation and volume calculator as detailed HERE
- Result quality may vary wildly and processing is done at the users risk
Move.ai users are already getting great results with a wide range of hardware, workflows are outlined/shared on our Discord. The example on the left was created by user AK3DFX using 4 x Lenovo 300 FHD web cameras ($30)
Visit our Discord to discover how users testing with Experimental Mode are building workflows and having great success with a variety of accessible cameras or mobile devices. Below are a few examples of users on Experimental Mode:
